The books in the Library are organized based on the Dewey Decimal Classification scheme (DDC). The following are the few examples for the DDC numbers for different disciplines.

The Books are arranged on the shelves according to the Call Number given on the spine label of each book. The call number consists of DDC number assigned to the particular subject and the first three letters of the surname of the first author. The books can be located using call numbers.
